Installation Dinner - June 12

Hello All,
We will be installing our Board and officers on Wednesday June 12th at 6:00 PM at the Pond House. The cost will be $35 per person (West Hartford Rotarians will receive a lunch credit if they attend). The menu is attached. There will be a cash bar.

Sorry for the late official notice, I hope you all can come. (We have been announcing it at the Monday meetings)

Menu for Rotary Installation Dinner

Hors D’Oeuvres
• Chicken, Caramelized Onion and Apple Quesadilla
• Shrimp, Crab and Pork Spring Roll
• Tempura Asparagus
Salad
• Mexican Salad – romaine, assorted peppers, grilled corn, tomatoes, jicama, black beans, avocado with a honey lime vinaigrette
Pasta
• Penne Mushroom Bolognese – penne pasta with mushroom ragu, topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese
Dinner Entrees
• Chicken Jambalaya – chicken , vegetables, crayfish and sausage
• Eggplant Parmesan
Dessert
• Summer Fruit Salad with vanilla bean biscotti
