July 8 Scribe Notes

Last week, Rotarian Booker gave the invocation and led the Pledge. Bob Kiely read a letter from PDG Karen Andrew thanking the Club for its contribution to the Foundation, and Bob for his long service to the Club as Foundation Chair. Cindy talked about Lobster Fest, Sep. 21. PDG Eileen talked about the District Golf Outing, Aug. 5 (see article below for flyer and registration). 

26 Rotarians, one visiting Rotarian and 5 guests attended the meeting. Guests included our two speakers, David Williams from the Newington Club, Eric Martin (fomrerly of Enfield Rotary), Fernando Vidal (Eileen's guest) and Jesse Tijl (Dave Mangs guest).

There's $227 in the pot, and no winners today.
