Oscar Visited the Philippines

Oscar recently visited the Philippines to celebrate the completion of our Water Project. It was done with sister club, Rotary Club of Marinduque. Funding was through a Matching Grant from The Rotary Foundation. The Club in the Philippines presented our club with a Certificate of Appreciation, show below. The project was started during Elizabeth's year as President, and completed in Dana's year. More on the project in the next story.
