Liberty Bank Food Drive

Our Club is participating in the Liberty Bank Thanksgiving Food Drive again this year, under the direction of Kyle Egress. As before, the Bank will match 25% of the amount of money contributed by our Club and our members. The Board decided to "seed" this effort with $500, as well as all Happy Dollars from Oct. 1 through Nov. 23. In addition to donating through Happy Dollars, members can contribute at any Liberty branch, and indicate you want the money to go to the West Hartford Rotary account. Last year we donated $2,170.98 to the West Hartford Food Pantry. Key dates are:

* Nov. 23 - last date to make donation at a Branch
* Nov. 25 - matching funds deposited in the Rotary account
* Nov. 27 - deadline to present check to the Food Pantry
